Artist: Annnd finally my earth pony batch of characters Plus one diamond dog. Phew!! Took a bit but I got everyone on my pony charahub completed. Now let’s go through the naming list…

Poppy and Citrus Tang having a filly’s day in. No work, just chill time and play. Poppy prefers more active-activities but she wants to cheer up Tang. So sitting around listening to music and gossiping over the latest rags in the Canterlot Zines seems pretty good.
It was great to be able to play in full colors and shades again, I clearly need to retouch my skills but I like that I was able to get this finished all in a day. So neat to try and imagine their rooms and life styles, somewhere in that room there has to be a bookcase and a big boombox.

I keep telling myself I need to work on bigger stuff, backgrounds, interaction, full pictures. Making circles and decided this would look cute with poppy/tang. So just mocked up a girls day with these two just chilling, listening to music, reading silly zines.
Fun trying to mock Tang’s room and what kind of furniture she’d have. Probably a bookshelf bed set up. She won’t tell you but she actually does like studying. Mostly about history and lore, new places just like her parents. Listening to those stories growing up has an influence. So just hints at her with books around and stuff.
Just need to get myself to finish it now.

Poppy: Yeeeah…. There are lots of questions right now about Tang and well… I don’t think now is a good time to hoof around it. She gets really upset with me if I bother her too much.
I’ll just be patient and wait for her to come out of her room when she’s ready… When she does I’ll have root beer floats ready! They always seem to cheer her up when I make them. So don’t worry everypony I’ll take care of Tang.
But for now… We better leave her alone.
Citrus Tang: …!!!
Poppy: c: ?
Citrus Tang: I HAVE TO GO NOW.
Poppy: Err.. ahh… T..tang?? Did I say something wrong???
Poppy: Me and Tang… t.. tang!! Hey!! Get out of the way, I can’t see the questions!
Citrus Tang: WHAT QUESTIONS? THERE IS NOTHING TO SEE. NO MORE QUESTIONS.
Poppy: Mmmmmmmm! I hope I taste like But——-!!
Citrus Tang shoves her out of the way.
Citrus Tang: Poppy is no longer available.
Poppy: oh..oh!! Gosh, you guys!! I’m okay, really, ahhh thank yooou!

Citrus Tang: As for you oh-so-charming-foal… How dare you! You don’t get the choose what is or isn’t pretty for other ponies. Poppy has a BEAUTY MARK genius! Guess what? Mark or not, she is one of the most beautiful ponies I’ve ever met. She is kind, generous, and funny, and and… And she’s just the BEST PONY! So you better trot off and never show your hooves here again or else I’ll make sure you have brain freezes for the rest of your life!!!
